Union + Post reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, and the products, services, prices, and programs mentioned in this site at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice. Union + Post reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for any violation of these terms and conditions. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Copyright:
The layout of the websites, diagrams, pictures, and logos used, as well as the collection of individual contributions, are protected by copyright. Any duplication or use of objects such as diagrams, pictures, or texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without Union + Post's consent.
Guarantee Policy:
A valid credit card guarantee is required at the time of booking, proper I.D at the time of check-in.
Reservation Policy:
Upon receipt of your 50% deposit, your reservation is guaranteed until 11:59 pm the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. Union + Post will charge your credit card within 2 days after we have confirmed your reservation. Union + Post has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after canceling your booking. All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm guestroom accommodations. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification.

Check-Out: 11:00 am
Early arrival/ late departure is not offered and handled on a case by case basis. Failing to vacate accommodations by 11:00 am on the day of departure may result in additional charges.
Hotel Deposit/Cancelation Policy:
At the time of booking, 50% of stay charges are collected. A guest has up until 14(fourteen) days prior to scheduled arrival to cancel and receive a full refund without penalty. Inside of 14(fourteen) days, the initial 50% of deposits will be forfeited. Cancelation within 48(forty-eight) hours of scheduled arrival will result in a charge of the entire reserved stay. In addition to cancelation within 48 hours, ALL No-Show reservations will be charged the entirety of stay, and room reservations will be forfeited.
Smoking Policy:
All premises within Union + Post property are strictly NO SMOKING. Failure to observe this policy may result in additional penalties. (i.e. cleaning fees, damages etc.)
Pet Policy:
Union + Post is a dog-friendly property. However, charges for animals 50lbs+ and do apply and a waiver is required at the time of check-in. Additionally, Union + Post allows 1(one) pet per room during your stay. Pets are not allowed in restaurant or any dining areas at any time. Housekeeping will not enter the room unless the animal is crated or vacated from the room. Additional fees and penalties may arise from failure to adhere to these measures and/or damages resulting from animals.
Parking Policy:
Each room at Union + Post is assigned dedicated parking space on the property. Union + Post does not take responsibility or accept liability for damage, accident, or loss to your vehicle or personal property.
Hotel, Restaurant, and Personal Property:
While on the property all guests adhere to all federal and local state laws and regulations. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable, exclude, or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused. Union + Post its representatives and agents are not liable for personal injury or for damage to or loss of personal property in or about the premises, regardless of the cause of such injury, loss, or damage, including but not limited to interruption of utilities or other casualty or failure of appliances. Customer, for self and for Customer's guests, heirs, executors, administrators, approved successors, and assigns, hereby releases, relinquishes and discharges, and agrees to indemnify, protect and save harmless Union + Post its representatives and agents their successors and assigns of and from any and all claims, demands, and liability for any injury to, including death of, persons (whether they be third persons, Customer, or employees of the parties hereto or of third persons) caused by, growing out of, or happening in connection with, Customer's use and occupancy of the premises, fixtures, equipment, appliances, improvements and common areas located or to be located thereon, or by reason of any like or different casualty. In like manner and to the extent set forth in the preceding sentence Customer agrees to exonerate and save harmless Union + Post its representatives and agents even though the claim, or loss or casualty is attributable to the negligence of Union + Post its representatives and agents Customer agrees to be responsible for insurance on personal property, contents and liability.
Force Majeure:
Our performance is subject to acts of God, pandemic (as further described below), government regulations (including governmental shut-downs), disaster, strikes, civil disorders (or disturbance), making it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities or hold any events.
Partnerships and Third Party Agreements:
Union + Post, its representatives and agents enters into partnership and agreements with the websites and third parties (hereinafter, the "Partners") in order to allow the Customer to complete purchases, search for, select and reserve rooms at Union + Post on the website of the Partner (hereinafter, the "Partner Services"). The terms and conditions of sale applicable to these Partner Services are available on the Partner's website.
Data Privacy
Union + Post has created this Policy on Privacy and Cookies (“Privacy Notice”) to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with operating our business. The privacy and confidentiality of user information is important. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your user information. All personal data provided during the use of the website will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy that every user must expressly accept to be able to use and register for the Website.

Your selected dates
Number of rooms in the reservation
Number of people in the reservation (adults and children)
Age of children
The rate/special offer selected
Any add-on packages selected

B) Newsletter and Special Offers
If you provide your contact information to us (e.g. when booking a service with us or when signing up for our newsletter via our Website), we may use this personal data to send you our newsletters and details of other special offers which may be of interest to you, based on previous interactions with us (e.g. bookings).
If you sign up for our newsletter via our Website, you are required to provide your email address only. When you sign up for the newsletter via our website, you will receive an email to reconfirm your interest in staying in touch (double opt-in). Any additional information is voluntary and will be used solely for the personalization of the newsletter.
By providing your email address and subsequent confirmation via the double opt-in, you consent to receive our newsletter. You can revoke your consent and opt-out of receiving the newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter.
